How much is it?
At The Venue, we strive to provide you with the services that will have a lasting impression on you and your guests, we generate custom quotes based on your exact requirements for your function.
What do I need to reserve my date?
• To reserve your date, we require a completed Reservation Form and a deposit be made.
How long will my date be held?
• The date is open, unless a deposit is made to reserve the date.
What is included in the ballroom rental?
• The venue, basic tables and chairs, set up, and clean-up. Please call for pricing.
How Many People Can You Accommodate?
• The ballroom Center can accommodate up to 166 guests with tables and chairs, depending on your events room layout.
Do you require a security deposit?
• Yes, The total deposit will be refunded back to you following your event as long as no additional charges apply.
How soon, before my event, may I start decorating?
• Typically 2 hours on the day of your event, however we will make necessary arrangements to accomodate any special requests.
What is the latest hour that my event may run?
• By law, the latest your event may run is 2:00 a.m.
Will I need Security?
• All events where alcohol will be consumed, will require security personnel to be present.
We reserve the right to decide on all other events.
